Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Lead (Installation Technician One) to lead our window and door installation team. This role involves overseeing projects, ensuring quality installations, and mentoring crew members.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of hands-on installation experience with residential and/or commercial windows and doors
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and measuring devices
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to installation
- Experience with various materials: vinyl, wood, aluminum, fiberglass, and composite
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Skilled in measuring, preparing openings, and ensuring proper fit and seal
- Strong caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing abilities for long-lasting, energy-efficient installations
- Troubleshooting and repair experience for window and door issues

Salary
$90,000 – $110,000 DOE
